Refund Policy

Thanks should always come first we think. So, we want to make sure you have heard our many thanks for checking us out. Couple of things, though, to make sure you feel informed and aware of what we are able to do, should there be a glitch:

Educational Courses:

If you started a course and are unable to complete it. We try to keep it simple.

1. Don't worry, you can come back to the course and pick up where you left off up until one year after you started. We just bank it in your dashboard.
2. If you never start your course “start”, you may wish to assign it to our scholarship program and allow a worthy person, who has applied for a scholarship, to access it. Yup, this is where you let us know that you want to do that: Right here (or email to [email protected]). (We'll even include a note to the scholarship recipient, if you wanted us to, that let's them know it's from you).
3. And, last, if you just want your money back, we are happy to do that if you notify us within 30 days of your payment date, and your account is still in inactivated status. Send us an email notification here (or email to [email protected]). (It's like having a shirt you want to return and we ask that you keep the tags on it.) Give us a bit of time to process of course.
